How to Clean and Cut a Mango

The fastest, most efficient method for peeling and cutting a fresh mango — getting every bit of the sweet golden flesh away from the pit cleanly and without waste.

  • 1 whole Mango

Instructions

  • Wash and dry the mango and begin by laying it on its side

  • Begin by slicing off the top and bottom of the mango.
    "Quick Tip" - Cutting off the bottom is a way to stand a food item upright.
  • Standing mango upright, begin to slice skin off with a downward motion and curving a you reach the bottom.
