Core the pear by cutting all sides of poached pear and dice into cubes.
Take orange segments and cut into dice. Place them into the bowl.
Add the remaining ingredient: candied pecans, pomegranate seeds, blue cheese and white truffle vinaigrette into a bowl and mix.
Add the Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing a little a time until you meet your desired level of dressing.
Place on two individual plates, lettuce first add remainder ingredients on top of salad and serve.
Notes
This salad is a great all season salad . The sweetness of the oranges, with the red wine poached pears and the sharp blue cheese works well with a nice steak dinner. It is also important to remember not to add a lot of the vinaigrette dressing. The dressing needs to be added a little at a time until it reaches your level of taste. Too much of the dressing will overpower the other flavors. Feel free to message me for any additional help with creating a personalized recipe.
