Gather all of your ingredients.
In a mixing bowl, add the ground beef and ground pork and mix well. Set them side.

Mix all your ingredients well to combine the beef and pork mixture evenly spreading out all ingredients.
Using a 4 oz. ice cream scoop, scoop out a ball into your hand and roll in clockwise motion till meatball is well rounded, then place on tray.
Place the rondo pot on top of stove adding a bit of olive oil to a well heated pot.
Sprinkle the meatballs with a light dusting of flour and begin placing them in rondo.
Once all sides of the meatballs are seared, add a cup of red wine to the pan to deglaze bottom of pan.
Add MyPrepTable's Basic Tomato Sauce and simmer meatballs in the sauce for 20-25 minutes or until done.
Bowl three meatballs and place sauce on top. Add a dollop of ricotta cheese and fresh basil to finish plating your dish. Buon appetito!
