I am a professionally trained chef, that has been cooking in various restaurants and institutions for the past 30 years. I have been blessed to have worked with some of the best chef’s N.Y.C had to offer. With Covid-19 making the world limit eating out, I am working to bring professionally tested recipes to your home kitchen. On this site you will find recipes that I have created or have been taught to me by some of the best chef’s I’ve met throughout my career. I hope to create videos and live demos of every written recipe on this site. My goal is to help you create amazing meals at home. I am here to pass on the knowledge and techniques I have learned throughout my years to you. I look forward to working with my audience live and answering all messages and questions you might have.
