Making our Refreshing Berry Smoothie

Making our Refreshing Berry Smoothie is simple and easy. With a few key ingredients, you will find that this smoothie is easy to make and refreshing to drink. We use a few types of berries: blueberries, strawberries, and blackberries. All of these berries are filled with antioxidants. Instead of adding processed sugar, we add half of a Honeycrisp apple. Honeycrisp apples contain Vitamin A, Vitamin D, and Vitamin C. We add Chai protein powder for our protein and a banana. By adding bananas you are adding natural sweetness to your smoothie. Remember the goal is to have fun with food. You can be as creative as you want to be.

Berry Blast Smoothie

A great refreshing berry cleanser!

  • 3 stem(s) Kale Organic
  • 4 ounce(s) Blueberries
  • 4 ounce(s) Strawberries
  • 4 ounce(s) Blackberries
  • ½ whole Apple Honeycrisp
  • 2 ounce(s) Mint
  • 2 cup(s) Orange Juice
  • 2 tbsp(s) Chai Protein Powder
  • ½ whole Banana
  • 1 cup(s) Ice


  • Gather, clean, de-stem all your ingredients and lets bring it to the board.
    Berry Smoothie Ingredients
  • Place all berries in blender with orange juice and blend.
    * Feel free to substitute or add these ingredient's such as: coconut water, almond milk, hemp milk or yogurt to enhance the smoothie to your liking.
