This French method is basically roasted garlic pureed to a smooth garlic paste consistency.

  • Small Sauce Pot
  • Spider
  • 2 mixing Bowls
  • Blender

  • 1 lb.(s) Peeled Fresh garlic
  • 2 cup.(s) Blended Oil Canola or Olive Oil


  • Gather, clean all ingredients and lets bring it to the board.

  • Place sauce pot on stove and add garlic and oil of choice.

  • Cover garlic about 1/2 inch above fresh garlic with oil and bring to a simmer.

  • Simmer for about 5-9 minutes until garlic begins to color to a tan look.
